The second day they installed the panels. The next step of the process occurred the next day when the Beaufort County, SC inspector came out to ensure that they install process met the standards. After that the next step in the process was for Palmetto Electric to come to the house and change out the meter and then I was good to go!

"Wanted solar powered roof ventilator installed. Said they would be here at 9:30. Sent an estimator instead of an installer. Installer arrived about three hours later by himself (one person for a two man job). I provided ladder and helped him get fan up on roof. Nice fellow. He cut hole but then installed 12 inch fan off center to hole by about an inch. and a half. It's working ok now. But have not had rain to check for any leaks. Price was decent for the labor hours it took to do work."

He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system.
