Preface: last week a black widow spider bit and killed my 11yr old dog. No vet could save him and he died a few days later in my wife's arms. I then decided "live and let live" would no longer apply on my property.
Eddie Oliver from Titan came out 2 days ago and gave me a free estimate. I told him what I needed (dead spiders) and he gave me a reasonable price and said we would be back today to start regular service to kill those 8 legged horrors. Both visits he was 15-30 minutes early. He never wasted my time and got right to the problem. I started on a monthly schedule but may increase it bi-weekly if they come back faster. It's so much cheaper than buying this stuff at the big box stores and doing it myself. Plus I don't have the commercial equipment he has.
I will continue to use Titan for every pest problem as long as people like Eddie work for them.
