He checked on the jacks I previously had installed by Mount Valley Foundation Services and confirmed they were still working as intended. He provided me with a follow-up email report that included pictures of the problem and of my jacks, a detailed estimate that identified ways to prevent this from happening in the future, plus offered a reasonable upgrade option.
