He found the problem and fixed it that same day! We had no idea that the problem was a pipe outside the house leaking until he took the time to find it. We were told by two other plumbers that the problem was in our bathroom and it obviously was not the problem. If we have any other plumbing issues he will be the plumber we call. He did an amazing job and we are extremely greatful!!

John cared enough to look beyond what my brother thought caused his water bill to triple. Two other plumbers zeroed in on only what my brother thought was the source. John, however, discovered a leak outside of the house, on his own, which was the major problem. He was caring, knowledgeable and charged a more than reasonable rate. We have his number saved for any future needs. He is honest, trustworthy and offers very reasonable prices!

Shephard Plumbing came almost as quickly as I posted the request for a bid. He politely listened while I explained what I thought was wrong, then went on to locate the real problem and repair it. The price was right in line with what I expected, and lower than I thought it would be for the time involved. It’s been about a week now and everything seems to be working fine.

John installed a toilet and a hi-rise faucet for me and did a superb job! He is the neatest plumber ever! He was on time and the bill was as quoted on the phone.
