The company was very informative and willing to answer any questions we had! Everyone who had their own parts in helping with our home were on time and very professional! Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot.
