Then patiently adjusted the travel of the door to my satisfaction to be even with the other door. He also did a quick adjustment on the second door to make it close reliably. We called this company on a Saturday night at 8:00PM. Within a hour Mike called us to say he was 15 minutes away. He arrived wearing a face mask (for Covid19) and quickly assessed the problem. The repair was completed within the estimated time. Mike was thorough in his explanation and in his work. We are very pleased with the service we received.

They did a great installation job! But, I had recently completed expoxy paint flooring surface that came out great but the mechanic smeared some dirty blackened feet marks on the floor plus black smeared finger marks all along the bottom of the garage door. There were also remnant grease marks from the new springs set on the floor prior to installation. No clean up attempts that I noticed!
