"I had an old tub with ceramic tile. They removed that and the flooring and existing vanity and toilet. I had a new wall shower system installed with sliding glass doors and shelving. It is absolutely beautiful and so functional. They were very professional efficient and cleaned up everything. They also installed new ceramic tile and a new vanity. I would highly recommend them."

"The early days were far from good, because of the poor communication with the service provider. I was later told that there was a personal issue that prevent Todd to catch up all the email and phones. But since he apologized and explained to me in June, everything got back to their normal track, including the pouring of concrete, replacing the rear window with a door, as well as the setup of the screen porch. I am not very experienced about such project, but quite a few things is out of my expectation finally, such as the nice stained concrete, the storm door (to be used because of the second project to add EZ windows), and a complimentary outlet in the garage that i was long for. He helped me to save another $600 with a minor change of the construction. Finally the completion of the project was just the same day i requested when i accepted the offer 4 months ago. My family are enjoying the nice porch right now!"

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Had to listen to sales pitch with both my husband and I present. Gave me quote of $12000 for replacing existing tub/shower with walk-in shower. I signed contract but used 3 day cancel clause to back out. Then someone else came to talk with us and gave us quote of $8000 for basically the same shower with a minor detail change. They were prompt and finished within one day. We had a minor issue with the mixer valve on faucet not being set correctly. They came out within a day or so and fixed it. Overall, we were pleased. I just think they should have a set price. I felt like we were taken advantage of by the initial salesman."
