Feel I was a victim of a scam perpetrated by this company. They were hired by Best Buy to swap out a new but defective dishwasher I recently purchased from Best Buy. I arranged access to the house from out of state. They called me to advise of a “defective water valve”. Valve was fine prior. My contract was with Best But but this subcontractor demanded $150 to replace the ~$5 screw on valve (2 minute job during dishwasher swap) before they would complete the swap. Currently disputing charge. Best Buy has been of no help, and a company with which I will no longer conduct future business.
