I set up an appointment with Mr. Masle Gamez of Uneven Floor Solutions. He came to the house, evaluated the situation, and recommended a plan to fix my uneven floors. Talking with Mr. Gamez inspired my confidence that he knew what he was talking about and could deliver on his promises. I was pleasantly surprised when an early date was set for the crew to begin work. They showed up at the appointed time and promptly set to work in a businesslike manner. They had the proper protective safety gear and the specialized tools for this job. Partway through the job, Mr. Gamez led me on a guided tour through the crawl space, showed me the problems to be fixed, and pointed out the progress so far. When the job was almost complete, a specialized measuring device was used to help visualize the unevenness of the floors and control how much correction was needed to make them flat. At the end of the job, Mr. Gamez showed me pictures of the work done in the crawl space, which saved me from returning there to check the work. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. "Our experience with Falcone has been FANTASTIC!!!! The office team were great, Nicole, Esmeralda, Sherry and Melissa were the nicest and friendliest people always keeping me informed on all the comings and goings through the entire process and gave me the comfort that they would take care of everything even when things started going downhill because of other rotten wood issues we have (nothing to do with their work). Fred and Ed were wonderful with giving us estimates and explaining what would be going on from the beginning of the process. The first crews, Tommy and Romulus were great installing the piers that support the house to fix the sinking foundation and they save my plants to boot. The second team that came to repair the rotten wood were fantastic; Romulus (again, yea!), John, Josh and, Antonio have worked on the rotten wood at the front of the house and the back. During all this they found other issues we did not know about that was caused by the water leaks. They worked with the office and senior members (Phil and Mat) to access the damage, get it appraised and gave the best, safest and most affordable suggestions possible which gave me a great comfort level it would be taken care of. If not for the entire team a Falcone our issues would have been so overwhelming I’m not sure I could have handled it but they were there to help with recommendations and they have done GREAT work!!! They kept the place as clean as possible during all the renovations, inside and out. I highly, highly recommend anyone using this team/company to do anything they advertise they do. You will have the best work done, the nicest people doing the work and a comfort level in the end all the work is done safely and competently."

"My husband and I highly recommend Bradley Construction; these guys are real pros! We hired Bradley to do an almost-complete redesign of our home. Every single room received some kind of treatment, with the kitchen and two bathrooms receiving a full remodel, including removing walls to combine rooms. The real trick was that we lived several hundred miles away while they were doing the work, so we had to coordinate everything from a distance. From the very beginning, the owner, Terry, and our project manager, Vince, were very responsive and communicated well. They were well organized, on-time, and stayed within the budget. They listened to our needs and customized aspects of the build to meet those needs. When problems came up, as they do in construction, they were honest in their explanations and devised plans to fix the situation. Their quoted price for the project was not the highest or the lowest I had received, but I selected Mount Valley because I never felt pressured to agree to a discounted price valid only for a short period of time, and the solution that they proposed to take care of my crawl space made the most sense to me. The installation crew was efficient and cleaned up any debris. You might found a cheaper company, but pay attention to the specification of the material used and the overall proposed solution. For such a project I got three quotes, and found very comfortable working with Mount Valley Foundation from start to finish."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
