I had an outstanding experience with Aphid LLC inspection company! From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and thoroughness were evident. They conducted a comprehensive inspection of my roof and identified hail and wind damage that I hadn’t noticed before. What really impressed me was their use of advanced drone technology. They took detailed aerial photos from every angle, ensuring nothing was missed. The drone images allowed me to see the full extent of the damage and gave me a clear understanding of what needed to be repaired. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent throughout the process, explaining everything in detail and helping me understand the next steps for my insurance claim. Thanks to their thorough inspection and the detailed drone footage, the insurance company had no choice but to admit the extent of the damage and approve a full roof replacement. Mustafa Shaban is a true professional and subject matter expert. After 22 years in the Marine Corps I had a fare share on inspection and check lists. Mustafa was absolutely amazing! He was professional and very detail oriented. If it was a mark on the wall or a door that didn’t close quite right, he made note about it. He went well over his time with us, sorry to the person who was behind us for an apt. But his inspection saved us from buying a dud of a house and we plan on using him in the future, as well as recommending him and his company to everyone we know!

I can't fully attribute the review with this being our first home purchase. Customer service was awesome, and what he did look at, he explained to me what the issue was and what the proper fix would be. There were many things that I feel should've been inspected, but maybe that's just standard operating procedure. Because of the issues we are currently dealing with after sale, i rate low. I will still recommend this company if I can verify that the work done was done fully and he didnt just skip or forget to inspect certain things. Current example is a major water leak since we moved in, the leak however was first detected by our bills and then by reading the meter and finding out we are losing 1 gal/13min. He was supposed to inspect the house so as i said, he couldn't find the leak if he wasnt supposed to check outside ofthe footprint of the house
