I started out with a to-do list of about 10 things I needed help with but the more they transformed my house to reflect my personality, the more I wanted done, and without hesitation, Dave always obliged. By the time DL Remodeling finished my home, the to-do list ended up with no less than 44 items to tackle, which they started and completed with diligence and amazing craftsmanship; no corners were cut. But most importantly, as a single woman living alone, I felt 100% safe and comfortable at all times when the gentlemen worked inside my home from 8:30AM to 4PM this past winter and spring. Dave's team of Skip, Tim and Luis were courteous and punctual, experts at their individual crafts and determined workers, and respectful of my personal & real property. "They have not started on the project yet. They are coming as soon as the paperwork goes through for payment. Both companies gave a good presentation. I looked at 3 things. Presentation, assessment of work to be done, and cost. Cantey was too expensive. They were pushing for a piece of equipment to be buried under the house which I did not feel I needed because there was no water. The walls and crawlspace were dry. The one thing Mount Valley said that sold me was they wanted to put insulated treated boarding (forgot what they called it) on the walls and plastic over all of that, which is what I was thinking about. The difference in price was $9000. That also helped with my decision. I will write a review again after it is over. I was going to have 3 companies come and give me a price and how they would proceed. But I was very impressed with Mount Valley. Ask me again in 3 weeks."
