Mark from Mr. Rooter soon found that the problem was an issue with the way the original drain pipes were put together which caused the pipe to eventually clog. Mark unclogged the pipe and corrected the original flaw by replacing some of the pipe system. Mark was very polite and professional. He was careful to put shoe covers on whenever he came inside.
