Jacob and his assistant did good work prepping my yard and installing sod. I have concern that many areas are not greening properly. Not sure how to contact Jacob for follow-up. Seems their phone number is no longer working. Work done in November, 2024.

Of the four estimates we received, I am very happy I selected Simmons Lawn Care! Jacob Simmons is a trustworthy man who knows all aspects of his business, is very flexible when requested additions are desired and delivers what he promises - promptly. His estimates were spot on and quite fair. He communicates clearly, explains what will happen from start to finish and also described in detail how to take care of our new lawn. His helpers obviously know what they are doing and, like Jacob, they work hard to complete the tasks with an eye to quality and no wasted time. My request was to have the sloping front yard prepared, covered with 2" of fresh top soil and a fescue sod installed that would survive the shade and summer heat. When I mentioned that the water runoff from the neighbors driveway was digging a rut in the yard, he mentioned that river rock would help. He inexpensively added a foot wide path of stone and it actually works and adds a nice looking visual accent. Give him call and I'll bet you will be as pleased as I have been. He's versatile and adaptable. Jacob is an honorable man and I will absolutely use his services again!

Jacob did an excellent job all around installing zoysia and Bermuda sod, mulch and new ornamental shrubs. He is very knowledgeable and provided solid guidance on options to shape the project. He was very responsive, did a great job communicating and delivered results on-time exactly as he promised. Great experience and I look forward to working with him on future projects!
