Prestige has been serving the residents in Pooler, Savannah, Bloomingdale, Rincon, Guyton, Midway, Statesboro, Richmond Hill, Hinesville, Bluffton, Hilton Head and the surrounding areas for all of their pest control needs since 1986. "First, appt was 8-9 am. I called 8:45 and they said that one of the techs died and the other one was sick. They were told that the contract will be cancelled if no one showed up. 9:20, the owner showed up and was informed that his contract was cancelled. He wanted to discuss and see the house. He did not have spray to do the full service. He did set up our own provided traps and said that he will send someone to spray outside the house in a week. No one showed up. WE called them back, we were told that they charged us a full one time home safe service and cancelled the contract. We have cameras and videos of the owner saying that the work is incomplete. We asked for our money back, they said that they did us a favor and that they showed up on time."

It is now 10 days later and they have not even given me the courtesy of a phone call. I just called and cancelled the service."
