I had my annual inspection today and wanted to call out how much I appreciate Justin. He was thorough, asked questions, helped with answers and respected that we wear masks with company, even if vaccinated due to a newborn being around. Most service people I have run into won't mask or give me grief about it. Justin was understanding and completely respectful. Little things like that make me trust Old South. Thank you Justin!

Our Pest Control was done by Karen's Pest Control for thirty plus years! Extremely satisfactorily! She unfortunately sold her business and retired. She sold to Old South Exterminators and we are VERY satisfied. We are using them quarterly and are very pleased. They are prompt, professional and courteous. They will also be doing our Termite control on our stable.

They came quickly, treated, and pest problems were gone. In order to get their staff to come out, we agreed to an annual pest control treatment--and have continued the contract, as the treatment is working. The service technician arrived exactly on time. Because of a rainstorm that came up as he arrived, I asked that the outside spraying take place at a later date; he agreed and said that someone would come by within the week to treat outside and would leave a sticker on the door to let me know they'd been to the house. This happened as he said. The second year of treatment cost the same as the first year.

Their product works very well. I do not know what they use to spray for the bugs but I usually do not have a problem for a year. They bill me but I do not have to pay the same day the guy comes.

We have been happy with their work. We've lived here for 13 years and they have been our provider all that time. We pay $165 for the termite inspection and $225 for the annual pest control. The price is fair.
