"Got a call from the water company that their meter reader had found a leak while doing the monthly check (and had turned off the water to prevent damage to the yard).  I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing at 3:00pm and they had someone out at 4:30.  The repairman had to dig a 2x2x2 hole at the meter to gain access to replace a section of PVC pipe and a coupling.  The water was back on by 6:00.  The repair was done professionally.  Very satisfied and I'll use them in the future.

They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting.
