"After Hurricane Helene the pressed board siding around our fireplace chimney was in bad shape. Adding to that was the fact the roofers who replaced our roof afterwards did not install proper flashing on our garage (which contacts the chimney) and it exacerbated the situation. Pressed board was peeling away from the structure, warped, and expanded from water intrusion and a number of areas. We wanted to replace the entire exterior of the chimney with Hardie Board and have any of the water damaged under layers replaced with OSB and have the entire structure wrapped. We received a number of competitive estimates, but the estimate from Umbrella was by far the lowest and included more work than the others. The owner, Eduardo, is knowledgeable, experienced, and very professional. He assured us that he could have all of the work done to proper standard and completed within 48 hours. We were not disappointed. His team of workers were quick, efficient, and hard-working. Thanks Umbrella!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The work was great. The workers were very accommodating to us. I had a small issue with the end of the first day the workers left my home a mess. The next day I talked to someone on site and they apologized and made sure it did not happen again. I called the owner to let him know of the issue however I never received a follow-up phone call. The workers were great however I wanted to speak with the owner about my issue not the foreman on site."

"I cannot say enough for this company and its owners. After they did a great job re-siding our house last fall, I hired them to handle the bathroom remodeling. They worked very hard and very fast to get this pretty big job done and all the workers were very professional and very friendly. The tiling job has some tricky spots with the stone molding, but the workmanship was really A+ and exceeded our expectations. They are also incredibly easy people to deal with. Their number 1 concern is keeping the client happy and you can get them on the phone whenever you need them. The owner was on the job site every day checking in and making sure everyone was on the same page. My wife and I had a couple very minor issues with a couple things at the end and they brought the whole crew over and worked until we were 100% satisfied. As a side note, my wife and I were out of town and our house was broken into. The bad guys ripped apart the back door frame to kick in the back door. Obviously this was a problem since if it was not fixed that day, it would very easy for them to come back and have easy access. So I called up Sam's Siding and explained the situation, that we needed it fixed as soon as possible. They had a carpenter over within 2 hours to fix it and my mother in law was able to secure the house as a result. So lastly, their prices are also the best I've found. I got multiple quotes for the bathroom and the siding job and theirs was always the best. If they encounter a situation like wood rot that needs additional work, that work is completed at cost."
