"We were in a bind when our flooring installer banged out on the scheduled day of installation. Steve came out that day to estimate the job. "I hired Refloor to come back and do my basement too. The installation was delayed due to stock shortage but the floors are in and they are beautiful. I hired my own painter to stain the moldings to match the floors. The floors look so much like real wood. Great job!"

"The floor refinishing was fine. Where we had issue was the laying of our glass back splash. I feel we needed somebody more in tune with this kind of delicate work. I keep finding cracks and bad cuts. Hopefully this will be resolved as I picked this company based on the great customer service philosophy"
