Disgraceful Experience ? Stay Away!
I am absolutely appalled at how this company operates. The way the owner and corporate office treated my elderly parents was both dishonest and heartless.
My husband and I are in the process of selling our home, and it was time for my elderly parents to transition to a more manageable 55+ community. On moving day, it was raining, and the movers chose to park in our yard. They ended up getting stuck for over three hours, completely tearing up the side yard of a property we are selling in just a few weeks. Now we?re left to pay out of pocket to repair the damage they caused.
But that wasn?t even the worst part.
When the truck finally arrived at my parents? new place, the movers refused to release their belongings unless they paid three times the originally quoted price. My parents are on a fixed income and had budgeted carefully for this move. They were blindsided. My mother was in tears, and my father looked utterly defeated.

All My Sons did a great job! The team showed up on time and was extremely professional. They answered all my questions and handled every box/piece of furniture carefully yet expeditiously! I had over 200 boxes plus a full 4bedroom house full of furniture and they tackled it all with ease and professionalism! I highly recommend All My Sons and will be contacting them for our next move.

Everything was done right from the beginning. Travis who assigned the crew. Jordan Thomas led the group of three that were organized and pleasant and careful. All of my belongings were wrapped and packed with care. The two other young people in the group were Emanuel and Pagan. Pagan, a girl was as strong as the boys. I would hire them again in a minute. The final cost was exactly as estimated. Great job.

Truly the worst customer server Iâ ve ever experienced. Yelling and cursing from the workers/manager. Charged triple what they quoted. Left with only 25% of the job complete. Scared both myself and my children in the process. Hire anyone but All My Sons.

Today, we used the services of All My Sons. We were blessed to have the team of Mr. Tracy Jenkins, Tommy, and Aaron. They were pros. The men took care to wrap and protect our belongings. They thought things through for the best ways to maneuver (again protecting and preventing damage). Tracy was a great listener to any request that I interjected. We appreciate the thoroughness of this team. They were a great group that worked well together.

Thanks for the “we are 15 minutes from arrival” call and the punctuality! Keyaun and Jay introduced themselves in a kind and courteous manner. Keyaun went through all the necessary paperwork making sure everything was as I expected. Keyaun and Jay got right to work taking great care to protect our furnishings and odd items. Upon witnessing their work ethic and professionalism I was confident that are capable of performing their duties effectively and efficiently. Keyaun and Jay were awesome from start to finish. I have moved several times in the last 20 years and now we believe All My Sons Moving is the best in the business! Mike is always willing to patiently answer a question, or several, putting me at ease. Expertise at all levels of this company. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER. THEY ARE SHADY AND OVER CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. The employees that move things are wonderful but inexperienced and unequipped the perform the job. They make up charges “because you live in this state there are unlisted extra charges that the law requires you to pay us” like what???? Also, don’t they have to disclose that?? His response was “oh we haven’t put it on the website yet sorry” even though it’s supposedly something that’s been required for years??? Also, movers need to use one piece of tape? They charge you for a whole roll. One piece of plastic? They charge you for 25lbs worth. When you ask for an itemized bill you can see these sketchy business tactics. And if you try and question them about it they’ll talk down to you and call you “buddy” while acting like you’re stupid. They charged me $1300 for 6 hrs of moving (though the guy told his employees to sit for an hour while loading so that it would take longer HA) he also lied about t
