"Mgr Jeffrey offered free estimate next morning. Had two outdoor hoses were unable remove from hose bibs; were seized on. afraid needed new hose bibs! BG sent tech Joseph Lopez who was professional, knowledgeable & personable. After assessing bibs advised cost for removal of hoses and/or to install new bibs. i gave the go ahead to do his best to remove hoses! noted he consciously covered his shoes when coming through home from front to back yards. He patiently & carefully tried a few removal methods including the spray/wrench we had tried. He was finally able to remove them by carefully using a hack saw! He also installed a new hose connecting part on ea bib w/new threads that are guaranteed 2 yrs. It was third of the price new bibs would have cost! We so appreciated the extra conscientious efforts Joseph Lopez made to repair the hose bibs giving us excellent results at economical price! "I can't begin to express my gratitude to Paul Zimmer and Detail Solar. I had a disaster created by a windstorm which caused my solar inverter to detach from the house and flip upside down. The conduit, cutoff boxes and wiring were all hanging precariously. Each day that went by caused more stress as all that heavy equipment pulled further and further away from the house. I called the company that installed the solar, only 18 months ago, only to find out that they had gone out of business and disappeared.
