BG sent tech Joseph Lopez who was professional, knowledgeable & personable. After assessing bibs advised cost for removal of hoses and/or to install new bibs. i gave the go ahead to do his best to remove hoses! noted he consciously covered his shoes when coming through home from front to back yards. He patiently & carefully tried a few removal methods including the spray/wrench we had tried. He was finally able to remove them by carefully using a hack saw! He also installed a new hose connecting part on ea bib w/new threads that are guaranteed 2 yrs. It was third of the price new bibs would have cost! We so appreciated the extra conscientious efforts Joseph Lopez made to repair the hose bibs giving us excellent results at economical price! We have had him repair plumbing leaks, install grab bars in tiled showers, install sink popups, correct improper wiring in outlets, install GFI outlets, trace wiring circuits and hang large and heavy pictures/paintings in addition to replacing the garage wall unit for the irrigation system, digging up and replacing irrigation heads and crawling under my house to investigate drainage issues.
