Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

We put a 50% deposit down for work, after he gave us an estimated completion date of within 3 days. He came to the job site exactly when he said he would come. This job required hand wheel-barrowing 3 yards of concrete to the back porch and finishing the concrete with a brush finish. They put an expansion joint around the enclosed patio and plastic up the walls so the concrete would not make a mess on the walls. The crew was big enough to get the driveway prepped for concrete in half a day and the concrete was poured the next morning. The work was quality and they installed rebar to help with stability.
