"I'd highly recommend DeMilo Bros for anything concrete and paver related. From the start of my project to the end they were just a breath of fresh air. Great people, they clean up after themselves and definitely go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right! They did a fairly large paver patio for me, and I just assumed I'd have an 18"-24" drop to get to the yard I'd have to deal with. Turns out they had a sod cutter, took up the grass, graded it out 10+ feet, and put the sod back down for a very professional clean look. Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."
