He has helped my family with repairing older beach homes for the last three years. We have hired Carson to do a lot of jobs. He has completed all of them in a timely manner, using salt water resistant materials that will stand the test of time, and the end product demonstrates excellent craftsmanship. He helps us make decisions from 200+ miles away, staying on budget but producing excellent results. We haven't had to stress about overseeing the job as Carson treats our house as his own. We are beyond thankful for him, his team, and his attention to detail. My great grandfather built one of the homes in the 1950's and its withstood many Hurricanes. "I feel Commonwealth Contracting is very easy to work with. Mike Eippert always responds to any questions we may have had during the process of the work. This is the second major renovation we have had done with "Commonwealth" and both times we were very happy with the results. I will say you need to be patient with how long the project may take. We realized all of these contractors are extremely very busy at this time. However, quality was much more important to me than speed, and all of the work we had done is outstanding. As far as price they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive, however, I feel comfortable that what we paid for the complete renovation was very fair. "I needed a small honey do list done around the house so I called Hamilton Homes to come out and they came out the same day gave me a price and did my small list. I had them move some boxes from the attic to the garage, had them change out my kitchen lights, add a string to my ceiling fan so that i could reach it better, and some other small stuff  i had.
