This is the second major renovation we have had done with "Commonwealth" and both times we were very happy with the results. I will say you need to be patient with how long the project may take. We realized all of these contractors are extremely very busy at this time. However, quality was much more important to me than speed, and all of the work we had done is outstanding. As far as price they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive, however, I feel comfortable that what we paid for the complete renovation was very fair. "I needed a small honey do list done around the house so I called Hamilton Homes to come out and they came out the same day gave me a price and did my small list. I had them move some boxes from the attic to the garage, had them change out my kitchen lights, add a string to my ceiling fan so that i could reach it better, and some other small stuff  i had. They charged me for 5 hours of there time the 2 guys were very nice and friendly, they did help me out very much so on the list i needed done. Thanks guys
