on May 7, 2025, JB Warren replaced my deck. After about a week I noticed a deep crack in the corner post, 3 spindles detached and several others loose, a top rail was pieced together with a wedge inserted to try to make it even. I contacted Brett and he said he would be out in a couple days. After a week I contacted Brett again, but he said I was being impatient. He was very defensive. I told him to let me know when he can come out. After about 2 months I hired another company to fix his mistakes. I DO NOT recommend this company.

Called Brett on a Sunday, he came out that afternoon and gave us a quote. As far as pricing he was on par with all my other quotes. Where JB Warren stands out is with their availability to complete the project. Workers showed up on Monday to remove the old deck. The new deck was completed on that Friday as promised. We went with the Trex product and metal balusters and we are very pleased with the finished product. See before and after photos.

Our bathroom project came out wonderful. Brett is great communicator, the team was very polite, they cleaned up daily, project finished on time and on budget. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but somewhere in between. Will use again!
