They quickly diagnosed the problem in my crawlspace and recommended repairs that fixed the moisture problem without going over the top. The technician was very honest explaining what he thought I needed and didn't need. To make matters even better, their quote was either equal to or less than the other companies I spoke with. They are a busy company so the work was scheduled 3 weeks out, but they were able to get started much earlier than anticipated. Once they began the job, they worked straight through for three days until it was finished. The work looks great. We have received a bit of rain since installation and so far the crawlspace seems dry. I have since had an HVAC guy do some work in the crawlspace and he thanked me for providing a clean and bug free environment. Moisture Loc does great work and I would certainly use them again.
