1 of the house shown in the photos belongs to me. It is not completed, they walked off the job fired all evolved. And will not return any of my calls. Help..

"[Member Name Removed] filed this complaint in Pennsylvania, her project occurred in South Carolina. We, in an attempt to satisfy the customer, checked off multiple to - do lists that she continuously texted me, that were in addition to the original agreed-upon contract. After the completion of the original scope of work in the contract, as well as the completion of her many to do list, she still refused to pay the second half of her payment ($12,450). She told multiple sub contractors and sales associates she never had the intention to pay us. Failure to pay voids any and all warranties. Ms. [Member Name Removed] has liens and judgments with several companies and persons in South Carolina, and has shown a pattern of this behavior over the years. Thomas with Porterhouse remodeling was great to work with. From the sale all the way to the completed finished job he was very professional and helpful. It was a very smooth process. I met with Thomas from Porter House, went over the scope of work, agreed on a price, and made the first payment. They were able to start the job within 3 weeks. They "finished" the work while I was out of the country. Upon returning on a Sunday, I received an email asking for the final payment on Monday. No one from Porterhouse ever did a final walk through to inspect the work. I made the final payment before noticing that the calking and painting of the windows, which was written in the scope of work, was not completed. I contacted Porter House to see when it could be finished. The response was always, busy this week, next week. After weeks of texting with Thomas to schedule someone to complete the work, I was sent the contact info of his subcontractor. Essentially being told to figure it out myself. Had a walk through been conducted this could have been avoided. Had I not made the final payment, I'm fairly sure that the work would have been completed promptly.

From our understanding you said paint windows and caulk as well; for the windows that we did the siding and trim. We do apologize for that misunderstanding and I’m glad that our crew leader was able to have someone come out there to get it complete. We also completed the new freeze board request you had mid project, which we were happy to do. Again, we apologize we missed the windows in the brick section of the garage and we are glad that it has been corrected and taken care of."
