D&E Drywall and PaintingDaniel arrived right on time to give an estimate and again right on time to start work. He had two other crew members. They got right to work and did an excellent job. The walls were made very smooth after wallpaper removal. Their work was done very neatly and they cleaned up carefully after completion. Several times I noticed Daniel inspecting the work in progress and making sure all was right. I was happily surprised that they even re-grouted all along the backsplash. CMY ContractorsOur experience with CMY Contractors was overall exceptional. My husband and I added a large addition to our home and have no complaints. We added on a large family room with fireplace and stonework. CMY Contractors was able to craft a beautiful wooden staircase leading up to a loft to include large windows and daybed. The stonework starts at the fireplace and cascades up to the second level ceiling. We also added a Covered front porch with stamped concrete with wooden beams and stonework. This was the first experience for us with hiring a contractor and first large project for either of us to jump into. Yovan and his family, as well as the men who work for them are very talented, creative, hard working and trustworthy. Yovan helped us to to add to our home and make it more than we ever could have imagined, we cannot thank him enough. They worked hard to keep my kitchen super clean, even with all the plaster dust. The ceiling looks brand new and it took less time than predicted. Carlos and his co-worker did a wonderful job. We had approximately 16 windows that they painted along with all of the gutters, soffit, downspouts, front porch rails, garage door trim, front porch floor and front door. What a difference now. The house looks completely different in a fantastic way. They were always on time, kept job site clean, communicated well and were very friendly. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Of the 3 companies referred, Waltz Painting was the only one to contact me, and the call was within 5 minutes of my online contact with them. The work was done in 2 days. While I had to review the work and ask for some parts of the work to be done again, the painting had no problem doing that and at the end, the job was to my satisfaction. The painter was very polite and his work ethic was good. I thought the price was a little high, but I didn't ask for a reduction, so that is on me. I don't know that he wouldn't have reduced the price if I had asked.
