Called them on (it was Friday) and they took the job and got the main repaired (took a couple hours). I wouldn’t have water this weekend if it wasn’t for them! "This was a night call to Benjamin Franklin.   Nathan arrived promptly and fixed the problem quickly and professionally.  This work was under our toilet warranty.  We asked him to come back the next day to check on something and again, his response was first class.  Very polite, very knowledgeable.   Everything was cleaned up afterwards.  We have always used Ben Franklin for our plumbing needs and have never been dissatisfied.  Would always recommend them to others and trust them to get the job done well.

"Water pressure was too high causing an awful noise when toilets flushed and faucets running. Called Angi's list t I find a plumber for an estimate. 5 choices came up. Johnson Brothers was the first on the list. Called and Jacob responded immediately. He was able to come over, access the issue and repair all in the same day. Some sort of pressure valve was needed. Jacob explained every step, as if he were a surgeon explaining the procedure. He checked for leaks, there were none. Finished the procedure and no more awful noise. Plumbing issue solved all in a few hours. Very professional I every way. Highly recommend as far as work done right. Price was reasonable I suppose. But worth the no worry mentality."

"I had a water heater emergency on a Saturday, and my four girls were frantic with no hot water.  I called several plumbers who were not able to come out on the weekend or wanted way too much money.  When I called Steve at All about Plumbing, he was very nice and was able to come out the sameday.  He did not charge an estimate fee, gave me an estimate to fix the problem.  He installed a new heater that night and we were back in business and ready for Sunday morning showers before church.  He promised to be there at a certain time and was.  He was professional.  I would recommend to my friends and family."
