They came out and gave an estimate and had samples of wood to choose from and gave options for the installation on the edges, etc. They show up when they are scheduled to for all appointments and they explain what they are going to do and how to care for the counters after installation. Upstate Granite Solutions made the purchase and installation of the countertop a pleasure. They came out and measured on time as offered and helped with the layout and finally the installation. The installation crew were on time and professional. They described what they were doing making it interesting and a pleasure. The area was cleaned and all debris was removed leaving the area ready for use. We would definitely use Upstate Granite Solutions again."

"If we could give Upstate Granite Solutions 1000 stars we would! We originally went with another fabricator through a big box company, and did we ever regret that move! Justin gave us some great feedback and advice when I called with some general questions about the installation of countertops. After some questions, he asked me if we had had countertops installed already, and when I answered, he replied in a horrified tone, "Mam, did WE install your countertops?" I assured him that they had not, but I just needed to know if what I was seeing was normal. I followed Justin's advice. I figured the other company may be forced to redo part of our countertops, but was tickled when they were forced to give us a partial refund and to pay for the tearout. Justin gave us the advice with no expectations that we would be able to have them replace our countertop. He went above and beyond, because it was the right thing to do. The icing on the cake was when Upstate Granite Solutions measured for the replacement and found that the other company had charged us for 2 extra square feet by rounding up the inches several times! In all, they claimed that they had installed 70 square feet, when we only received 66 square feet! Upstate Granite Solutions would have been much cheaper than the other company, where we thought we were receiving a discount! Upstate Granite Solutions did a much better job than the other company. They were able to remove the countertop without breaking or chipping a single backsplash tile! The seam was tight, and we only needed one seam instead of two! The color of the seam blended much better also. Upstate Granite Solutions is honest and trustworthy and did an outstanding job! Every single person we came into contact with was a professional. We feel blessed to have stumbled across Upstate Granite Solutions. We cannot reccomend them any higher. Upstate Granite Solutions is the best best!"
