"Kevin did a fabulous job of communicating with me and was great with scheduling times where I was available. He put in two new electrical outlets in different bathrooms in our home to allow us to effectively connect bidet without wiring all thru the bathroom. Nice neat job, nothing left behind. Reasonable price to boot. I will state I also asked for pricing on kitchen lighting as a completely one off. He provided me a quote but in the end we decided to go with another option of lighting that we thought would look better, which.my husband would have no issue installing. That had nothing to do with Kevin and everything to do with esthetics, in the end! Truly appreciate his communication, professionalism, and genuine personality. I'd certainly recommend him, and in fact, I have, too other family members! "

"First, I'd like to say this was an absolutely perfect transaction. I called the store and was transferred to the appliance department where my call was answered instantly by Joe Jordan. I was in desperate need of a Double Wall Oven which needed to fit in an existing cabinet, that was an odd size. Joe was informative and knowledgable, giving me options based on availability and the features I wanted. He found my first choice, well within my budget, and in stock. We set up the installation for 2 days later. The installer, Mike Linsky, called to give me an estimated arrive time and was spot on! He was here on time and assessed the necessary cabinet alterations. They were very mindful of dust and debris, making sure nothing was left. He also tackled other issues we had in our home and needed attention. I was so impressed, I asked him for his business cards to distribute to my friends. I know this is a long review but I was that impressed. I can truly say that I am now a loyal customer. Thanks to Joe and Mike and Andre"
