"Kevin installed a mailbox post for me. He was very professional, on time, and installed mailbox post within an hour. Had issue with post showing splits. I called and he filled the section of split wood with silicone. I appreciated that he came by, fixed the issue without any extra charge. I'm thankful Kevin's company performed the installation even though the mailbox installation was a much smaller project than he usually performs. "Samuel provided excellent customer service. I had already purchased herringbone white, marble tile for a backsplash and grout. Samuel's employees did an excellent job with installation. One huge problem was the white marble absorbed the grout and became GRAY in different shades. (I really dislike gray). Samuel and I had a number of challenging conversations, but he was committed to making it right. So I bought a different tile under his direction and his men tore out and reinstalled a different tile with no additional charge for labor and time. They again did a great job with new stone installation. Great customer Service. Employees and Samuel were excellent and cleaned up after!!"
