He made suggestions which enhanced what I had envisioned and I'm so glad I listened to him. He went above and beyond what I wanted and made it happen on a tight timeline I had for a graduation party. He will show up, return calls and work long hours if need be and takes PRIDE in his work! One huge problem was the white marble absorbed the grout and became GRAY in different shades. (I really dislike gray). Samuel and I had a number of challenging conversations, but he was committed to making it right. So I bought a different tile under his direction and his men tore out and reinstalled a different tile with no additional charge for labor and time. They again did a great job with new stone installation. Great customer Service. Employees and Samuel were excellent and cleaned up after!!"
