Seamless Metal Gutters - Install
I had Gutters?s installed in May 2025. The gutters leaked on the first rain after gutters were installed. I have called numerous times, sent messages numerous times, it is now August and gutters are not repaired. I left a 1 star review several weeks ago and I finally got a return call. Tracey from their office assured me a project manager would contact me within 24 hours. No one has called. Gutters still leaking. I will say it again, DO NOT HIRE HOME GENIUS. Poor quality work. No customer service. Sales representative told us there was a warranty. They Lie.

Seamless Metal Gutters - Install
Gutters leaked on first rain after the installation. Home Genius will not repair. Will not return my call. Poor customer service. I do not recommend this company. I am a female 59 years old, paid $2500 for gutters and I will be climbing the ladder and repairing it myself.

Exterior Trim - Repair
Salesman lied and said my roof would collapse within 30 days and possibly harm my child, so I needed to get the work done asap. Subcontractor stated that my slats were fine and I didn?t need a new roof, but contract was already signed. Crew was great but project management Jesus was the worst I?ve ever experienced. I was told half day project for a 10 square basic roof. Then it was 1.5 days, then 3 days and barely finished at sundown on the 3rd day. I was asked to sign completion work halfway through the 3rd day. I?ve also been unable to reach the project manager and district manager for 24 hours in order to close out the project. I only agreed to their high prices because of their promise to have great communication and fast completion. The results were the complete opposite. Stay away from this company.

Vinyl Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
I had my siding replaced with HGE. The crew was fantastic, couldn't ask for no better. Jon and Matthew were my project managers for the process and installation. They were very good listeners for all questions and concerns throughout the process which I greatly appreciated. Overall I am very happy with the outcome of the siding and the job they did. If you want quality work and workers that care about what they are doing, I would highly recommend HGE to anyone!

You did my siding and my gutters and fixed my damaged back door! Which was extra! Matched all my flashing around my home and cleaned up all the mess in a timely fashion. You were completely courteous, honest and upfront about all things. You were helpful with hidden problems that weren’t able to be seen on the first initial walkthrough and you worked with me to eliminate said problems. Without additional hidden costs. You were extremely helpful! My home looks brand new. 5 stars plus. Thank you Jon and Home Genius team! All personnel involved. My multi project process was a success.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
I had my roof completed on the house and garage. The crew was phenomenal my project managers were Jon and Matthew, they were kind enough to move yard furniture in order to protect my things. They even came back after the project to clean up on top of the team. I’m very pleased with the outcome of the project and the crew they were just really really really great crew and I would definitely recommend them and the follow up was unexpected and very welcomed!

Custom materials took a while to come in, but the company kept in contact the whole time about where we were in the process. Installation of ten windows and siding along the top floor, soffetting and trim, taking down the gutters and wrapping the wood in aluminum, all done in less than a week. The project lead, Chad Whitmore, was able to answer all of our questions and concerns promptly. Looks great!

From the initial visit with the salesman to the production coordinators to the project managers to the boots on the ground (or roof) my experience with Home Genius Exteriors has been amazing! Tony, the Project Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to walk me through every phase of my roof and siding replacement. He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didnâ t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I canâ t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didnâ t treat my house as â just the next jobâ . They catered to my houseâ s needs, worked extremely efficiently, and did everything I asked of them. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for roof, siding, and gutter needs!
