The area that needed work was primarily in the crawl space under the house with some work on the top side in the laundry closet. This made the project a bit more challenging from design and build to ensure the system had proper cfm/air flow in the space constraints. They exceeded my expectations of the scope of the project with a good price. This comes from a Mechanical Engineering/Project Manager himself. "I can't say enough about the excellent work that Carolina Contracting did completely demoing an existing wood deck and constructing a new TimberTech deck. The project was challenging. The deck is sixteen feet off the ground with +20 stairs and extensive lighting. It was done on budget and on time. Scott Dean and his team worked hard every day on the project from early morning to dusk. They are true craftsmen. Communication was exemplary throughout the 3-4 week project."

"Alan Gaul merged two back to back closets and turned it into s larger pantry. He removed and closed off the two existing doors and repositioned it on the kitchen side. He did an excellent job and made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up before he left. I highly recommend him."

Ceiling fan and light controlled by remote as well as wall switches. One wall switch for the light and the second for the fan.  The controller for the remote was broken and needed to be replaced.  Second visit I had purchased a new controller and when he went to install he did not know how to hook up the switch for the light.  So now only the switch for the fan works.  Very disappointed.
