Great work and worked with me to meet my timeline. Ended up working very late on the last day to get the project done!

It was a pleasure working with Charlie on our wainscoting project. He is responsive, collaborative, respectful, talented, and very skilled. We are thrilled with the work he did and have a few more projects in mind that we are hoping to hire him back for. Cannot recommend Charlie enough!

What I can say about this service, is simply, it was as if it was his own home. I will definitely be using Charles and his services again.

Charlie is a methodical and meticulous carpenter. We hired him to install 5 1/4" crown moulding in my daughter's house (no easy task). His work added so much to the look and feel of her house you can't believe it. When he was finished you would not have known he had been there because he cleans everything up after he's done. I highly recommend Specialty Remodeling and Design!

Charlie was hired to replace the screens in a custom screen porch with arches. We also wanted the porch floor sanded in prep for new paint. The screening involved replacing a lot of trim work and the screens were difficult because of the arches. While he was here he also fixed some rotted wood on the porch pillar and at the bottom of several outside doors. I highly recommend Charlie and look forward to working with him again. Charlie is honest, communicates well, and sticks with the job until itâ s right.

Charlie is friendly, easy to talk to, professional, meticulous, and methodical. He rescued our deck from the mess it was originally. He made the best of a VERY poorly executed initial build (we FIRED original guy and crews)! Would love to see what he could do as a new build.

Charlie is very professional and actually shows up when he says he will be there. We had some outdoor wood rot and he did a great job of matching the boards. His prices are reasonable and he did a good job.

Charlie worked on Jul. 4, 2022, from 10 am - 6 pm, with some help from his wife, who drove separately in the afternoon. Ms.Otal helped with re-finishing lower flight hand(rail) wall, and painted wood-composite baseboards outside to keep paint smell outside. Charlie changed baseboards near master shower and left of master vanity. Old baseboards outside appeared to have dry rot from water damage since townhome was built in 1974, but internally remodeled in 2020, before I bought. Charlie and Cecilia, wife, also replaced the front door insert, partially, as needed, using his own drill, cleaning up w / his own vacuum cleaner and brush. Charlie and Cecilia were very detail-oriented, which could explain why they worked for eight hours on a holiday!

We needed help fixing / replacing the casings on all the doors inside our house due to damage. Charlie did an amazing job making everything look new again. We went above the initial scope of the project and pointed out issues even I missed. He completed the project ahead of schedule and we couldnâ t be happier with the outcome! I would recommend him to anyway needing help with repairs or remodeling! Money well spent!
