For my HVAC, he cleaned coil, added refrigerant and general service for the HVAC and I am extremely pleased with how fast he was able to help us, and how reasonably priced he was... "I have dealt with my share of heating and air companies and nobody took the time to explain everything in detail like Mike did who is the owner of Unique Air. He is detailed oriented, knows design and layout to give you the absolute best results. His work is even neat and organized and prides himself on that! In this case I had to replace the built in dehumidifier in which the old one was entirely too big for the area and all the duct work was not properly installed which created a lot of static which led to the unit burning out. I couldnâ t have asked for any better service than what I was given. From the initial call in to updates after it was completed to a follow up to make sure things were properly workingâ ¦ that is the service you get! His knowledge and conceptual design in this field is bar none! No one can compete with that! I promise you!"
