The service they provided was A+. They can accommodate in terms of time for installation and very good to work with. No surprises. I recommend to everyone to submit HOA forms ahead of the project, which is what we did and once we got the approval the company was on the job. Installation was done in one day and the following day the crew was on site with a custom cut gate. So we really feel they work well and the process was easy.

I keep going back due to their professionalism, their treatment of the customer, it is a very easy experience with them.
Don?t have to wait too long for service & they have a shuttle service and they drive me to my work.

Made an appt to get needed service and oil/filter change at the minimum. Upon examination, it was noted that two tires had wear and should be replaced for safety so it was done. It was also noted that there was some corrosion on axel that would be addressed at a later date and some work needed on brake rotors. I did feel that it was somewhat pushed on us as I had brakes and car inspected before we moved to Charlotte area and they were deemed to be ok by Minnesota garage. As car is no longer in salt/snow conditions, we felt the brake/axel issue was not an immediate need. I definitely was not expecting to spend that much money on what I thought was a simple service but did agree that for safety issues some of the repairs needed to be done.

That's where I take my car to. It cost me $60 but it was not much for what I got done. I have paid a lot more to them to get major stuff fixed. I like them a lot. I like them because they call you before they do anything. If they are working on your car and find something wrong they would call you and they try to work with you. If you can't pay for it or can't get it right now they would give me an idea of how long it would take before the stuff blows up on me. They are very nice people and I trust them a lot. I have been with them for probably 5-6 years. I had the Ford Explorer for a long time. They have never done me wrong by telling me something needs to be replaced when it didn't need to be replaced. They have been real good and they are trust worthy. The price depends on what you get done.

My car looked like new afterwards. They were very prompt and helpful in dealing with the insurance company, so that I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. They were also helpful in setting up my rental car, and completed the work in less time than originally estimated.

They had done an excellent job. They took the time to listen to my chief complaint. They said it would take several hours I said no problem to in fact take their time. I was in no rush at all for them to get it done. They called me to let me know that my PCV Valve had collapsed and needed to be repaired and that this was causing my car to hiccup. Then I had told them about how my hand was shaking on my steering wheel, Mr. Hunt informed me that it could be that my tires needed to be balanced and they would test drive it. While they test drove my I had forgotten to tell them about the pulsation in my brakes when I had pushed on them if I was traveling at a fast speed and suddenly had to step on them. Mr. Hunt informed me that he would have it looked at for me. He, called me back and told me that it was due to my rotors not being turned down from where I had bought this vehicle at. The whole team in the service department is professional, polite and courteous also. I would definitely do business with them again. They are very detailed in their work.

On 4/5/10 I purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion SE. This was the first car I've purchased in 11 years and my first new car purchase in 19 years. I met with a salesman, Brad Jonas, who was beyond helpful in assisting me with my search for a new car. Mr. Jonas was diligent in helping me find the right vehicle for my needs and was very respectful of my budget. Mr. Jonas was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was considering and applied NO pressure for me to purchase. Mr. Jonas offered me a number of financing options and was available and willing to answer all my questions about financing, the vehicles I was considering and the dealership as a whole. When it came time to make the purchase I was given a very fair price on the vehicle and a very generous price for my trade-in (I had researched the vehicle's dealer price vs. MSRP and the KBB value of my trade-in so I had firm numbers for comparison). I found the transparency at Town and Country Ford amazing and refreshing. While at the dealership I met a number of Mr. Jonas' co-workers who were just as helpful and pleasant. I was incredibly impressed by how professional the entire organization was and truly felt that Mr. Jonas was genuinely concerned about helping me find the right vehicle for my needs rather than trying to sell me a car. I would highly recommend anyone considering the purchase of a Ford product to visit Town and Country Ford and speak to Mr. Jonas. Who would have thought - a pleasant, no-pressure shopping experience at a car dealership!

I SPENT TWO HOURS WAITING FOR A REPORT ON A NEW BRAKE JOB. I HAD CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS GIVEN 1:00. I ARRIVED ON TIME; DURING THE NEXT TWO HOURS I WAS NOT CONTACTED. I WENT THREE TIMES TO THE SERVICE BAT, WAS TOLD WORK WAS IN PROGRESS, AND WAS GIVEN A FREE CUP OF COFFEE. I HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN PROMISED A PRICE OF $120 FOR NEW ROTORS AND PADS ON THE FRONT WHEELS. AFTER TWO HOURS, THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED NEW ROTORS AND PADS, AND THE PRICE WOULD BE $609.
