They did a great job. Fenced in back yard with split rail dog fence with gates for vehicles and people. Very competitive pricing. Installers were courteous, followed instructions and made suggestions to make the job even better. Would hire again and recommend to anyone. Thank you, CWF!

Great experience and good communication

From first conversation to completion, my husband and I are so happy with the final product! The entire team is communicative, detailed, fast and efficient. We are so please with the work they did and have already recommended them to many people! We LOVE our backyard so much more now and looking at the perfect new fence feels like a breath of fresh air. It’s so nice having multiple gates now, too, which makes maintaining our huge yard much easier.

The yard is enclosed, but the details are just not what I expected.

This fence project had its bumps in the road. We have a septic system with a leach field. I informed Brent of this but I don't think either of us thought it would be as big of a pain as it turned out to be. On day 1 the team working on the fence ended up busting one of the lines. Not their fault, just doing their job. Work was halted. I had plumbers come out and give estimates that were astronomical. I worked closely with Michael, the owner, and he made it right. The respect and authenticity he showed towards me and his company was much appreciated. Fast forward a month we have a fence that the team had to hand dig holes for that looks GREAT! Even with the unexpected delay I would recommend these guys any day! This is also our second time using them and if we ever need fence work again, it will not be the last!

Great! They came on Time, called ahead, fixed the fence and did a good job.

They replaced an old split rail fence with farm fencing. We are very happy with their attention to detail and professionalism. It has been a very easy process!

Carolina Wood Fence was fantastic. Brent's communication was great. He met me at our house on time, took measurements and provided us a written quote on the spot. His pricing was very fair and they accept payments online, which made it very easy. His team showed up on time and the quality of work was great. We would certainly recommend and hire them again. I had previously hired CWF to put in a 6' fence in my back yard. They did an excellent job so I hired them again for replacement of other fences. I am very disappointed in their work this time. I first contacted them on June 14th but they were not able to schedule me until September. Their estimate had very little detail on it. I had to contact them to find out if they were using pressure treated wood. Unlike the 6' fence they had installed, they used 4" posts instead of 6" posts. The wood was not high quality. It was very rough sawn. They changed the position of the fence, making it longer and sitting back from the driveway, exposing a narrow strip of dirt. They moved a wood piece that connected to our neighbors building so that the ragged end piece was exposed. Brent, the owner manager did not come back after dropping off the workers. When I expressed concerns, they were not able to address them except to promise to return and replace pieces that were cut in short sections (they ran out of wood). I tried to get Brent to meet with me but due to vacation schedules (his and then mine) we had to schedule an appointment about a month later. I returned to find that the short sections had been replaced as requested and some new wood was slapped up to hide the other flaws. A sloping section was not fixed as requested. When I asked Brent to meet with me as scheduled, he said the work had already been done. I would not recommend his company because I think they are difficult to work with, their materials are inferior and they are not professional in their work, "solutions", and communication.

This is our second time working with Carolina Wood Fence. Brent is a professional and a gentleman. He confirms appointments, arrives on time, check back to see if there are questions. Most of all, he installs a true precision fence. We couldn't be more happy with our fence and with Brent's service. This is their family business. He cares and it shows.

Things went well up to the end. They left an opening on under the fence on a sloped area. Instead of cutting boards to fit down to the ground they just left it open. When called to have them come back and fix this problem, the Owners son who is running the business and a full time fireman, got very angering because I tried to tell him about cutting boards to fit in where with slope so there was no dog opening under the fence. He asked me if I was a fence professional and was I telling him how to do his job. Instead of fixing fence he tried to bury wood under the opening. Very Unprofessional and Very Poor Customer Service. Plus, angers very easy and will yell at you instead of listening to you. I do NOT recommend Carolina Wood Fence at all.

I would highly recommend Carolina Fence. The price was very competitive and they finished the job timely and as agreed.
