this company has changed , last year they did my fence and did a great job and was very responsive to correct a problem . this year very different customer service from Paul , I had them install a fence at my daughter and son in laws house . the fence was very uneven they did not even try to correct . my son in law and my self corrected all the defects Paul said was impossible . refused to come back out to fix and kept talking over me when i was trying to explain the problem. and no offer of compensation at all just excuses , very sad what happened to their customer service in a year

Todd and his crew are prompt, polite and professional. Todd responds to texts in minutes, the crew shows up on time and their work is amazing. I'd never hire another contractor for a fence.

We closed on a home in Albemarle and needed the yard fenced in before we could move in, due to our big dogs. Mr. Forrest came out before closing on the house, measured and tentatively scheduled us as soon after closing as possible. He met our target date, and installed beautiful six foot privacy fencing around the entire back yard. The material he used is very thick and sturdy, far better quality than what you see at the home improvement stores. A very nice and sturdy gate was also installed. And the best part, Mr. Forrest spent an entire afternoon digging around to find the survey pins in the back so we could avoid having to wait for a survey on the lot. He found all the pins, met our move in deadline and we could not be happier !

The project started and finished when promised. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We had a privacy fence installed to hide a vacant house adjacent to our property and they did an exceptional job clearing brush, vines and tree limbs. Nothing was prefabricated with the wood fencing and it follows the contours of the property beautifully with a custom fit and look. We also had black chain-link fencing installed in areas and we are very pleased with the result of the two types of fencing used together. Our escape-artist Minpin dog hasn't yet escaped.

After receiving several quotes from other companies. We decided to go with them based on previous reviews. The owner Mr.Todd is a very nice guy, always responded to my email and texts. His son installed our fence, he did it in few hours and we are very happy with the results.

We are very pleased with both the quality of the materials used and the workmanship exhibited. Todd and his sons did a great job! Despite terrible weather the last few weeks, when we finally got a few nice days, they were able to get the job completed in 1 1/2 days. Todd did a great job communicating through out the process. He explained all of our options during the bid process and was very responsive throughout the process. He and his sons are pleasant, personable, and professional.

Forrest fence had the best price . We had a pool put in and needed the fence done ASAP . Todd came for the estimate ,he was honest and a nice guy. My husband was a contractor in ny and is very particular . Todd got the job done ASAP and did a great job!

When the owners son showed up, he walked our fence and told us that the whole thing needed to be replaced, we declined at that time and asked for the repairs to just be done. He and his team told us they were running to Home Depot and they never returned. They never called us or came back to fix the fence. When the owner finally returned my call he informed me that his sone told him that we had asked for additional work at no charge, this is untrue. The son became annoyed with us when we declined to let him do $3000 worth of work vs the $350 worth of work. The owner was unprofessional in dealing with us, he blamed us and at no point showed any remorse for the time that they were there or the behavior of his team.

"When my guys arrived at the home my son walked over the fence with the wife. She told him To do more repairs than I had agreed to do for the $350. When he explained to her that Those repairs weren't on the work order she became very demanding. My son called me and I told him to do the repairs on the work order and leave the job. The lady was so difficult on the phone i told her she didn't owe us anything and she can find someone else to do any future repairs. I did not take any money at all even though my guys did do the repairs that were on the work order. I am very understanding of people's budget and I never try to up sell. The only explanation I can think of as to why this went wrong is that I had dealt with the husband for the quote and my guys dealt with the wife, maybe there was some miscommunication between husband and wife because she truly believes we did not finish the job. I now try to meet with both husband and wife when possible to avoid this from happening again."

The job was done very well. The owner was a young man, who was just starting his business 5 years ago. He was very reasonable and did a very good job. The staff was very cooperative. I was really pleased with the pricing because there were others who would charge a lot more. They had more experience in their work, it was a fairly compensated plan that I had drawn up but one time they extended the fence; it was supposed to be 4 feet and they did a 6 feet fence, but overall the job did go well. I would recommend them to others. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.
