"I had vinyl planking put throughout my house, which meant removing tile, manufactured wood flooring and carpeting. This took exactly 3 days for 1580 sq. feet. I'm very pleased with the quality of work. New 3/4 round moulding was installed throughout the house also and they did extremely well when placing it under current door frames. This was a very dirty job, since it meant removing grouting from slap foundation after using hammers to remove the old tile. I had to literally wash everything (walls, cupboard {inside and Out} and furniture} The walls were knicked with the time pieces when they flew, but not anything that a little paint won't cover. They were very professional. I wasn't able to converse with them much since they spoke Spanish, but there was one who spoke English very well and was able to convey my requests. I was able to get 1 year financing interest free through Empire which made it easier to do. They were on time and cleaned up everything before leaving."

"My condo has a marble kitchen countertop that was terribly etched and stained. I had several people look at it. One wouldn't even attempt to fix it. Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a painted sealer. The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Company owner Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with. From scheduling, to working, to clean up to following up - they are very customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy with the results. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to do several things at my residence also. Jamar honed and polished several marble tops we have, he cleaned and re-sealed the shower and polished our kitchen granite countertop. All around, great work, great workers and great experience. "Franco & Barry did exceptional work.  Franco helped us with additional design needs, did great work, handled some plumbing work at a competitive cost, and helped us identify secondary contractors for a glass enclosure.   The glass enclosure installer even commented on how good the tile work was.

picked out the flooring at the show room. I had the approximate measurements with me and was told it would be about $6800.00 for the first floor of my townhouse, including two bathrooms and a third bathroom on the second floor.

The sales person (Tim) came out when stated and was on time. He suggested that I do the floor in the master closet instead of leaving the old carpet (which turned out to be the right decision). He also suggested doing the half bath in the same flooring as the kitchen,as well as the two closets in the kitchen, dining and living room for one seamless look . He took all the measurements and got back to me within two days with a quote, which was the same as was quoted in the showroom.

The installers arrived on time and started work right away. The removed all the furniture in the dinning room and living room, moved the washer and dryer, refrigerator and stove . The first day they did all but the master bathroom and bedroom. There was a misunderstanding of what flooring was to be used on the first floor master bathroom which was quickly resolved and the tile was laid. It took two days to complete the work (as promised).

They replaced all my furniture and left my home just perfect.

Their work was done on time and I was always kept up to date on what was being done, They had to make a third trip back to finish the second floor bath, because of the mix up as to what I wanted on the master bath floor.

I would highly recommend this company for the professional and respectful way I was treated and the quality of the product and the workmanship. I was pleased with their recommendations and that I did not have to move any furniture or appliances. My home now looks bigger, brighter and I am very pleased with the finished work.

"Outstanding! Sam was prompt both when he came to look at job and prompt when the job was to be done. Amazingly, he completed the entire job, including cleaning and re-sealing the bathroom tile floor and re-grouting the tub enclosure, in less than 4 hours - as I had anticipated it taking the entire day and possibly more. I have had the shower worked on, cleaned, etc. 2 earlier times - paid approximately the same amount - but no one even came close with the ending result. The shower looks absolutely new! If you need anything re-grouted - there isn't anyone you could go to that could be better."
