"communication with the staff was pretty lousy. But once work began everything seemed good. My only issue was we were told that an inspector would come out and check work for and remove the building permit of the door, and they would send pictures of the work they did that never happened. We are still having the same problems. Plus the vapor barrier was destroyed and wanted us to pay to replace it. we thought it was new pretty much. Bottom line we never saw the inspector."

We hired Sal, owner of Lenz Masonry to install a tabby driveway with brick ribbons as well as leveling the driveway and building a retaining wall. Sal and his wife Rosie are true professionals who are perfectionists and extremely knowledgeable in their trade. These traits gave us a great deal of confidence in Lenz Masonry. Either Sal or Rosie were on site at all times. The entire crew were hard workers, polite, and conscientious. The project was completed on time and we are EXTREMELY SATISFIED! "Project went very well and the team worked quickly. Everything that I wanted was accomplished. The only issue is a crack that has developed on the back patio. This is due to the existing patio being poured over and not cut out due to being monolithic with the house foundation. The difference is how the concrete was married together is the reason for the crack and not the fault of work. Reason for 4 star is some property was damaged by operator of a skid steer. Parts were paid for by contractor but operator could have been more careful to avoid the issue altogether. Highly recommend."
