"Andy showed up the next day as promised. He called me with my options to replace the controller, which I was expecting. After replacing the controller and ensuring it was properly sealed to prevent frogs from getting in, he did a system setup check. The whole piping system and pop up heads were in disarray, as renters had been there for 5 years and hadn't kept the system running. Andy and his team stayed at our house and rebuilt the entire yard system that day to try and save our entire grass. They dug up and laid all new 1 inch pipe where needed, replaced and upgraded many of the heads throughout the system. When he left he set the system to run twice a day until we moved in 3 weeks later. The whole yard was saved. 2 months later I finally got around to meeting Andy in person and reviewing his work and the system. He was totally impressed with how great the yard looked. I was totally impressed with his work ethic, pride in the quality of his work and most important his business ethics and integrity. I feel very fortunate to have come across Andy and Earthsystems though Angie's List. I can't say enough positives."

"It went fine. He responded promptly and did a good job. Then I paid, and I never saw him again--and he still needed to clean up and finish, taking apart the brackets around the area where the concrete was poured, cleaning up the roots they'd chopped up, and so on. When I called about it, he said he'd be over, but when the time came, he said was in the area, but couldn't find my house. After calling back and forth, he said he still couldn't find it, (keep in mind they'd been here several times already doing the job) and said he'd get back to me, and he didn't. I texted him a map, photos of the house, the street sign nearby, but nothing for almost a week. Then I got another call saying they'd be over "today or tomorrow," and that was a week ago and the last I've heard."
