Jim even offered a tip on recaulking it and the proper caulk to use. The second project was a bathroom remodel. Jim was very thorough and even brought up a potential issue another contractor missed. We ended up going with a different contractor (4 in total gave us quotes) for a "best fit for our needs" reason, we were impressed with his knowledge, candor and integrity.
