Brandon transformed my little patio home that had been a rental for 20 years into a beautiful living space. It is gorgeous. The pipes bursting horror and water damage that happened when the house was vacant was no problem. Brandon fixed it right up. Very appreciative of Brandonâ s skill and expertise.

I hired Brandon and team (Sean and Chandler) to remodel our master bathroom, and liked their work so much I also hired them again to complete our hall bathroom remodel. I always felt his team respected my house and me. Communication was easy and even when we hit bumps in the road (rotted wood, crazy old wonky walls, and 16in of concrete) they were able to strategize/problem solve so that no one would know the difference. They went the extra mile to customize the moulding so it would match the rest of the house. They also did their best to keep the dust to a minimum, protected my hardwood floors, and treated me with respect.

The siding on my home was in desperate need of replacing on one side. Brandon was able to not only replace siding on said side, but able to make it match the rest of the home without anything sticking out like a sore thumb. I was very impressed with how he was able to match the existing to the new just like he said he would. I have had him work on several other items in my home from sheetrock, painting, to installing fixtures and he was able to do so all at a very reasonable price

i needed an entire roof and garage remodeled and redone and Brandon and his crew were able to pull it off. These guys really know what there doing from the rough framing, roofing, to putting in all the finishes of a home. We were able to agree to a price, and time frame and came in mostly on budget. I was able to get past my home inspections and put my house on the market and turn a profit as well. I recommend Brandon and his crew for a multitude of home renovations

Contacted Brandon about doing a dock, a deck, and fixing a garage. I had a lump sum in mind that I was wanting to spend total to fix several issues within and around my home. I had 3 weeks available i was hoping to get the work done in. With that being said, Brandon and his helper were able to come in on budget, time, and were able to do several other things not inside the original scope such as build a set of stairs, fix my sunroom (mud and paint) and do a total bathroom remodel all within the original budget. I have had several contractors give me estimates and i chose not to go with the cheapest nor the most expensive and im glad i went with Brandon as my contractor. Got all the bang for my buck as well as pride and attention to detail. Would recommend to any home owner looking to do multiple projects within the home as Brandon is a one-stop-shop for anything residential related.

Hired Culver's to do a flooring job throughout my entire house I own. Spoke with Brandon over the phone initially, told him the nature of my project, what I wanted to get done, and about the price I wanted to pay. He explained that it was very manageable and gave me a worse case scenario what the budget would be in the event of unforeseen circumstances. It sounded within reason and I asked when he was able to start. I called Wednesday and he was able to start that following monday, which was PERFECT! 8 o'clock sharp monday morning they were there and ready to work. The job itself went very smoothly, even considering there was alot of work to do to get the whole house the same level to be able to put the floating floor in the whole house. Brandon was able to complete the job within the expected time frame, and budget and i could not be happier and the final product looked great! I will likely be reaching out in the future and would absolutely recommend this contractor.

I could not have asked for a company that would be easier to work with or more eager to please. Not the easiest remodeling project, in a 110+ year old house on an sleeping porch previously converted to a master bath, but very, very pleased with the result.

Use with extreme caution, once they are paid, they are gone! I hired Culver to remodel a home in Columbia starting in December 2019. The project started off well, but, as the weeks passed there were many issues. This is not totally out of the ordinary, but I was told that the work was more involved and they were losing money on more than a few occasions because it was taking them longer than anticipated. The original timeline was not too bad, approximately 2.5 months for a partial remodel to a kitchen and master bath. There was no new square footage added and we basically worked within the original footprint of the home. When the project was done, it was agreed in December, that there may be some issues once a final inspection was done by a prospective buyer and Culver would resolve if within the original scope. Well, I tried for 2.5 months to reach Culver regarding those repairs and have heard NOTHING. There are MANY issues from that report and some that were not on the report. Those issues range from, doors not being adjusted, window screens not inserted after exterior repairs and painting, to paint literally peeling off of doors. When the original pricing/scope was identified and documented the price was too high but only about $2000 on a $53,000 job. Culver refused to budge so I had to eliminate some items from the scope. Not an issue for me, but this was the beginning of a major discussion later. There was even paint literally peeling off of a bathroom door.

His carpenter that did the job cut a counter top too short and cut the hole for the sink, and my daughter said NO....not acceptable. She inspects for the Charleston Housing Authority in part of her Civil Engineering job. He tried to put in plywood on the ends to make it meet.....I told him, no payment till it was done right...Love his paint color and choice of décor...mirrors and pendant light fixture. I think he made his worker do it on his own time to fix it right! We had no hard feelings...and when it was all nice and beautiful....I paid Culver!
