Eric and his crew were phenomenal. They worked hard and fast without compromising quality. I never dreamed I could have a beautiful kitchen and flooring. I walk into my kitchen and it actually makes me feel happy. I can't believe it's mine. You'd be doing yourself a huge favor to hire them.

I liked Dell Porter, the job manager for Bradley.  He informed me up front that he and his crew would be unavailable for a time because of their busy schedule, but he kept me informed of his progress weekly.  He let me know of the possibility of using a sub-contractor for this job.  He emailed me his license, credentials and references without my asking for them.  I thought this was very professional of him. The subcontracted crew were very understanding when I told them I didn't like the color of the vanity top and went to replace it the next day.  He went to Lowes, and took pictures of another countertop and sent them to my phone.  He picked up the new one the next day.   The job went well until I found out that the two bottom drawers of the vanity couldn't close and I was told by one of the subcontracted men (possibly John??) that it would cost extra to reroute all the plumbing so they could close.  We discussed it and came to an agreement that he would just notch the back of the drawers to make them fit.  He also used zip ties to tie the supply tubes to the back of a drawer glide.   The subcontractor was going to leave and I noticed there were two holes at the bottom of the base of the cabinet.  He wanted to be paid before he left that day.  They also hadn't placed the silicone along the moldings to fill the gaps yet.  I wanted these two things to be completed prior to my making the final payment.  They came back the next day to complete them and I paid them in full. I would recommend Bradley, the parent company, but would not recommend the subcontractor he used on this job.

They came when they said they would come, were on time and their price was reasonable. They were in and out and they were really clean. The only problem is when I asked him to come back to fix a problem with their work, it took him three months to come back to do a 20 minute job. This was on the grout work and I am already having problems with having to have that redone again.

They did an excellent job and cleaned up after the work was done. They had a certified plumber who was in and out. Mike brought the material out and installed it. They did it neatly and with precision. I like it so well, I plan on using them again with another bathroom.

Charlie was not available to do the work, which was about 45 minutes-an hour drive for his workmen each day. However, he spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me (I live in another state), going over the details of the job and telling me what to look for and what questions to ask and expectations to have with other contractors. He was extremely professional and helpful. I would hire him in a heartbeat.

Charlie and Michael (C&M Contracting) do outstanding work.  They listened to our input, gave us advice when requested, and worked with us from start to finish to ensure we were 100% satisfied with every detail.  They not only are completely professional, but also very friendly and easy to talk to about the project at every point of the process.  They do such solid outstanding work, that we never had to worry about any issue with safety or quality.  They also have great vision.  From the get-go Charlie recommended we expand our kitchen area to utilize some wasted space in our former pantry and porch area, and also to remove the chimney that stuck out three feet into our kitchen area, so that the final result was a big beautiful kitchen with an island and plenty of room for guests.  I wish I could submit photos of my kitchen from before and after on this website so you can see what an amazing transformation it was.  Another amazing thing to me is that the entire project only took them 8 weeks from start to finish.  Considering the amount of structural work that went into upgrading my old kitchen, and the level of quality in every detail, I can't imagine they could go any faster.  We definitely want to hire them again for our next project, our bathroom.  It's so nice to be able to put your money into people who are completely trustworthy and do such outstanding work.  One more note, we've met many contractors who gave us estimates on our kitchen, and though some were cheaper they were always very hesitant to do more than the minimum to get the job done.  However, as Charlie himself has told me, this is his passion.  He and his brother Michael love what they do and it shows.  Where other contractors had the attitude of "Eeyore" (from the Winnie the Pooh series) Charlie and Michael have the enthusiasm of "Tigger".  They love this work and never hesitate to take on a challenge.  (Believe me, our chimney alone was a challenge no other contractor wanted to touch.)  Thank you, Charlie and Michael, for everything!
