Insurance adjusters prefer working with us as we inspect all roofs for sufficient damage prior to suggesting you file a claim, therefore weeding out unnecessary claims. We will meet with the adjuster on your behalf to give you the best chance for a successful claim. We are A+ rated on the BBB. We are a certified Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and Shingle Master with Certainteed. We always use Ice & Water shield in all vulnerable areas as well as synthetic underlayment over the entire roof deck. This allows us to provide you with a 3 year workmanship warranty in addition to your manufacturers warranty. "Do you want top quality work that is second to none? Do you want friendly customer service? Do you want workers to show up when they say they will? Then look no further than Overhead Construction. We had a water line break in our house with major damage. After a company did the remediation, we hired a contractor recommended by our insurance company. After 3 months of promises never kept, they pulled out. A second contractor did the same. I hired Overhead Construction to do a project on the exterior of our house unrelated to our water damage. I showed Jason our current dilemma. We discussed the work that had to be done. That conversation convinced me to hire Overhead Construction. My wife and I couldn't be any happier with our decision. The reconstruction was started within a week and is progressing without any delays. I wish we would have known about Overhead Construction in the beginning because we would be back in our house by now. "
