Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! "Had a circulator pump go bad. AllPhase gave me a ring pretty much within minutes of submitting the request here. They said they'd come by for a look after their morning job. They didn't get around to me the afternoon they said, but they were here first thing the next morning. No biggie. Two guys were polite and respectful, but they also had fun personality and cared about doing the job right and making sure to demonstrate the heat was all working. They immediately could see what the problem was, gave me a quote on the spot, and set about to fixing it. I don't know how much these things generally cost, but although I could see that they were correcting their own mistakes (which takes time), it seemed clear to me that they didn't charge me for that time, which I respect. They even replaced some parts free of charge. More respect. Maybe a little pricier than I was expecting overall, but on the other hand, since blowtorching was involved, I'm happy to pay someone else to do it."
