I had a great experience with alpha mechanical , I had used then years ago to install my central air. They're professional and affordable. So, when I moved and needed central air I of course did not even hesitate to call alpha mechanical again and of course they did not disappoint. the work was timely and communication was excellent!

They came out to assist right away !! Fixed all issues in timely fashion . Will definitely use for all future needs . Highly recommend

We bought a spec house and the builder hired Alpha Mechanical to install the HVAC system. The builder and the owner did not have a good relationship which may be why we have had problems with the company. Somewhere along the line there was a miscommunication or no communication and our furnace wasn’t converted to burn propane gas. We moved in and I noticed black soot on the outside exhaust pipe and I kept complaining that I could smell burning fuel. Our propane company came out and discovered that the downstairs furnace was never converted to burn propane instead of natural gas and it was full of black soot. It burned this way for over a month. They had to clean the coils and replace some parts. The worst part is they have been unresponsive to us. It’s like pulling hair to get them to show up. Our bonus room above the garage is in desperate need of a third zone because it’s freezing. The builder was supposed to pay to have a third zone installed but he’s gone unresponsive. We called Joe Silva multiple times and said we would pay out of pocket to have it installed. He said he’d send someone out and he hasn’t. I wish I could say this was the first time, but every time we’ve tried to get a hold of this company it’s been tough. You have to hunt them down. VM is full, They don’t respond to emails or texts. A few other issues we had with them-They didn’t install the condensation tube to our AC to drip outside of the house and it continually dripped condensation into our basement. No one filled the gaps in the holes where the hvac plumbing exited the home & ants came streaming in. I don’t know how Joe can continue his business without responding to people. He sounds like he’s laying on the couch taking a nap when he answers the phone.

It went well. The Supervisor and installers were all very good to work with, the system works very well and the price was excellent. I would recommend Alpha Mechanical to anyone.

I have nothing negative to say about this company. Their price was very good. My experience with them was good and it was my first experience with them.

He proceeded to remove the thermostat without even checking the furnace at all. As he was removing it, he said he didn't think there was anything wrong with it so I asked him if that was the case, why are you replacing it. His response was and quot;that is what I was told to do so I'm doing itand quot;. He said the older thermostats have mercury in them so you should replace them anyway. After he put on the new one he went downstairs to actually look at the furnace. He then said, looks like a zone valve to me. So, okay...can you fix it? No, don't have parts for that. He pulled off the cover, and starting banging on it with a screwdriver. He said see this rust? That is the problem..it is stuck open. He then pulled off the wires and when he would touch a wire to the connection the furnace would go on and off. He banged it around a few times and tried the wires again...and nothing happened. The furnace did not go on. So he shrugged his shoulders and said, maybe that fixed it. Put the cover back on, said when the pipes cool down, turn the heat back on.
Went out into the truck and 5 to 10 minutes later came back with a bill for $180 for a thermostat that I didn't need. They never fixed the actual problem, and so I am now looking for a competent contractor to FIX is this time!

They did an excellent job. They were responsive to my request about changing the installation date. I highly recommend them.

When he left, I asked him to either call me or e-mail me with an estimate. Never heard from him.

In the middle of last month my furnace suddenly stopped working. It was very cold that night and started calling a million places for a good price and who would make after hour service calls. I finally called Alpha Mechanical who responded immediately. After a long night they had me up and running (space heaters) for the night and returned the next day to do an entire swap up to a higher efficiency model. I was very impressed with their service and professionalism that I wanted to recommend them to anyone who may see themselves in this situation. As a single mother I felt safer knowing I could call someone at any time.
