"We actually hired Custom Construction Services a couple of times. Both times we were extremely satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. Derek explained everything to us. Gave us a price that was reasonable and accurate. He met the timeline he projected. And cleaned up everything after the job was complete. The first time we hired them, it was for work done in our garage. We needed additional insulation and some parts repaired. Everything came out exactly as we had hoped it would. The second time, there was a bigger job. We needed a large room in our basement refurbished and finished with new flooring, ceiling, new recessed lighting, etc. The work done was outstanding. As my wife takes care of our toddler grandson each day at our house, this new room has become our grandson’s favorite room to play it. We are very happy we decided to upgrade this room & most of all, very pleased that we hired Custom Construction Services once again. Derek & his company are the best around. Easy to deal with. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier.
